Corporation Tax

About our Corporation Tax services

Limited companies are required to submit year end accounts to HMRC and Company’s House. The profit and loss shown in the year-end accounts is used to calculate the corporation tax that is payable. Year-end accounts must reflect a true and fair view of the business and must be submitted within the relevant deadlines.

At GB Accountancy & Finance we collect all the relevant information from you and complete your year-end accounts using this information. We send you a draft set of the accounts for you to review and once you are satisfied, we submit the accounts to HMRC and Company’s House on your behalf. We also inform you how much corporation tax the business has to pay and when.

Benefits of our Corporation Tax services:

  • Accounts submitted reflect a true and fair view of the business, therefore ensuring that the business is compliant with Company’s House’s rules and regulations
  • Penalties are avoided as accounts are submitted on time and in line with the relevant legislation
  • Save the time and hassle of having to complete and submit your year-end accounts. This , in turn, allows you to focus on building a strong and successful business
